Terms
These terms cover the Peji app and the Peji provider. The app is sold on the App Store, so Apple's standard EULA also applies. Where the two disagree, the EULA wins for the parts it covers.
Who we are
Peji is made by Matteo Ricupero, an individual. Write to support@peji.si.
The service
The Peji provider answers through a model chosen by us and reached through inference.net. The app on its own, with a custom endpoint, is a browser and a chat client: in that mode we do not provide the model and the terms of your endpoint apply.
Account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for requests made with your account.
- One free trial per iPhone, granted once through DeviceCheck.
- You can delete the account in the app at any time.
- You need to be 16 or older to create an account.
Budgets and fair use
- The free trial and the Pro plan each carry a budget measured in the cost of the tokens used.
- When the budget is used the provider stops until the plan renews or you buy Pro.
- Automated requests, resale of access and attempts to avoid the budget or the device check are not allowed and can end the account.
- A daily cap protects the service. Requests can be refused for a few hours even under an active plan.
Subscriptions
Peji Pro is bought through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, renews automatically and can be cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Refunds follow Apple's rules. Restore purchases is in the app.
What the agent does
The agent opens pages, clicks, types and fills forms on your behalf, as you ask. You stay responsible for those actions and for the rules of the sites you use. Keep the confirmation for risky actions on. Do not use the agent to break the terms of another service, the law, or the rights of someone else.
Your content
Your chats, files and instructions are yours. We claim no licence on them and we keep no copy: they live on your iPhone and, with Pro, in your iCloud Drive. With the Peji provider, the request passes through the server only to reach the model, and the server keeps no text.
The model can be wrong
Answers can be incomplete or wrong, and the agent can act on a page in a way you did not expect. Do not use Peji for medical, legal or financial decisions without checking the result.
Availability
We can change the model, the budgets and the limits, and we can suspend the service for maintenance. We do not promise that the provider is always available. A change to what a plan includes is announced in the app before it applies to a subscription you already paid for.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting the account. We can end the account of someone who breaks these terms or the fair use rules, and we tell the reason by email when we can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you in your country.
Law and courts
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you can bring a case in the courts of your country of residence, and the mandatory consumer rules of that country still apply.
